- Per person pricing: Each visit fee applies to one individual. When booking for multiple family members at the same home, separate appointments are scheduled to ensure thorough care.
- No advance payment: We do not take card details or deposits online. Payment is arranged following your consultation.
- Service area: Advertised pricing applies across our confirmed Sunshine Coast service suburbs around Mooloolaba.
- Incomplete treatment or unsuitable ears: If wax cannot be safely removed or if your ears are not suitable for microsuction, Debbie will clearly explain the reasons and discuss appropriate next steps with you.
